BASIX
Assessing the prescribed targets relating to water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and thermal performance of a proposed development, to meet Government sustainability requirements.
NatHERS
The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) is a star rating system (out of ten) that rates the energy efficiency of a home, based on its design.
BCA Section J
This component of the BCA describes the level of performance which must be met by the building materials, components, design factors and construction methods in order for a building to meet the minimum energy efficiency standards.
